There must be something about the heat of the desert that makes the music sound so
sweet. SoCals High Desert acoustic band, Waiting for Decay (WFD), has been banging
out the tunes on the stage and on the airwaves for three years now. Starting as a coffee
shop side project, the acoustic approach progressed into a full fledged rock band that
can rival most hardcore groups, but still appeal to larger radio friendly audience. The
music is blended with a wide range of influences. Trickles of country, blues, bluegrass,
flamenco, metal, and good ole rock and roll find their way into this ecliptic mix
